Nørregaards Teater
The Camel came last
When God was finished creating the earth, humans, animals and all of the plants, he had a headache. He had worked for 6 days without drinking, eating or sleeping.
Just before the seventh day he noticed a little pile of leftovers in the corner of the huge warehouse. He was not finished after all. Something was missing. What he now created was not a masterpiece, so he said ‘You will be called a camel.’
The performance is a free adaptation of Jesper Wung-Sung´s wonderful children’s book, ‘The camel came last’ and it includes music and animated figures, such as the charming camel, made by the German puppet artist Michael Vogel.
